I have, for quite some time now, enjoyed writing about a variety of subject matter however do feel very much confidence in my writing. I started blogging a few years ago with my site “frankspointofview.com” although I didn’t make much time to keep it current and up to date.

Fall 2010 will be the beginning of my second year in college. I am working towards a JD; however, my first step in this process will be an Associate’s Degree in Political Science. I am expecting to have this completed by the Spring of 2012, that is if I am able to keep the drive alive and follow my current education plan. This plan was created by a guidance counselor and myself in January 2010. The great thing is, so far, so good. In fact, I am on a course to possibly accomplishing this goal a little sooner. I completed my courses in English 550 and English 450. When Fall classes begin I will be enrolled in English 1A and I am quite nervous about it.

As long as I can remember, I have never had much confidence in my writing, in fact, often found writing more of a burden then something that is actually fun and at times, enjoyable. My last two professors made me feel really good about writing and brought out my interest in writing to a level I have never felt before. Because of this, I am excited to say my old blog site, “frankspointofview.com”, is in the process of being revived. I started this blog site at WordPress a few weeks ago and really enjoy it however after playing with it for a while I have found I am not too excited about the advertisements and the way people must create a WordPress account in order to participate in my writing. I shouldn’t complain much, because WordPress offers their service for free and I think it’s great for someone starting out.

I have written roughly 8 essays during my Summer 2010 term and can only imagine what is going to be required of me going forward. This site will allow me to practice writing and I also have intentions of posting some of my essays here.

Please feel free to participate. The only thing I ask is that we must be respectful of each other’s thoughts and opinions. I love writing about everything from gardening to politics, and from experience, politics can be one of those topics that can lead to heated debates. Writing on this website should be rated “E” for everyone and I will not allow anything offensive, either directly or indirectly, to anyone individual or group of individuals.

I look forward to the fun ahead and I hope you enjoy the content. Please don’t hesitate to contact me should you have any questions, comments, or concerns.

Many thanks, however, spending 3 minutes on my blog will tell you I haven’t been very active lately… I am working on changing that though…

Yes, I saw that, but the fact you have enrolled on Blogging 201 implies that there is something going on behind the scenes. 🙂 Which is I thought that a new follower may be encouraging to you? 🙂

No worries. Not enough hours in the day for me, either, so know the feeling all too well.
